Group Fitness Classes

Group fitness classes at Push 40 Fitness are based on our signature 40-minute workout. Each class is led by an experienced group fitness instructor.

Nutrition Programs

Coach Dan Hoffman and Push 40’s Registered Dietitian Laura Maydak team up in this 6-week program that brings together the worlds of fitness and nutrition.

Youth Fitness

Push 40 Youth Fitness classes are led by Coaches Kristy Schelb and Dan Hoffman, who provide a mix of professional instruction, fun, and games.
