The Airbike station is where we burn a ton of calories. This isn’t just a standard spin bike, as it has an upper-body rower that puts the arms, chest, back, and core to work as well as the legs. The more muscles we use, the more calories we burn, which is why this piece of equipment is so effective.

When we do interval training, our goal is to raise the heart rate. We do that by doing 20 second intervals, where we will push ourselves to about 80% of or our full speed and then 20 seconds at a steady pace. Everyone is at a different speed and our coaches are here to make sure we are getting the most out of the AirBike station.
