At Push 40 Fitness, we don’t run on your standard treadmill. The Woodway Curve is a state-of-the-art, self-powered treadmill that is designed specifically for interval training. There’s a good chance this is the treadmill your favorite athletes uses. Since it emulates “real” running so well, the Curve aligns your body into proper running form and makes you use the muscles that “real” running requires you to use.

The Curve treadmill doesn’t have a motor, so there is no hard surface under the rubber slats to cause you pain in your knees, hips, ankles, or back. Since it is self-powered and on a slight incline, your entire posterior chain (glutes, hamstrings, and calves) are forced to be activated. While a standard treadmill takes care of that final kick motion for you, the Curve makes you work every step of the way.
